SIALAPARI: Journal of Community Engagement is a biannual international academic journal dedicated to disseminating studies on the way(s) science and technologies developed in universities interact with real challenges faced by communities at large. Specifically, the journal emphasizes the following areas: 1) relevance of university curricula with social, economic, cultural, and technological problems of societies; 2) initiatives of either university of community for joint efforts in solving specific community problems; 3) Implementations of science and technology in community and the resulting improvements; 4) replications of best practices in different communities.
